The robot body is the operating component in the industrial robot system and the main body of the industrial robot. The robot body refers to the mechanical part of the industrial robot, also known as the manipulator, which is the operating mechanism of the industrial robot, and refers to the original and itself of the industrial robot. Industrial Robot Maintenance
1. Routine inspection of robot body standard maintenance
1. Robot body cleaning
Dust and clean the robot body according to the field work.
2. Fixing inspection of the main body and the 6-axis tool end
For robot maintenance, check whether the body and tools are well fixed.
3. Check the limit stops of each axis
4. Check the cable status
Check the usage and wear of robot signal cables, power cables, user cables, and main body cables.
5. Check the sealing state
Robot maintenance, check whether there is oil leakage or oil leakage in the gear box and wrist of the body.
2. Robot body function measurement
1. Check the temperature
Use a professional infrared temperature gun to confirm whether the temperature of the motor is normal during operation, and compare the value of each axis motor to the standard value.
2. Noise check
Use a noise detector to check whether there is any abnormality in the motor or gear box under manual operation, so as to use it as a standard for checking the status of components.
3. Repeat accuracy check
Confirm that the repeatability of the robot is normal by using a dial indicator.
4. Mechanical zero measurement
Check whether the current zero position of the robot is consistent with the standard calibration position.
5. Check the state of the motor brake
Detect the voltage value of opening the motor brake, and test the motor brake function of each axis.
3. Replacement of robot body maintenance parts
1. Body oil replacement
Robot gearbox, balance cylinder or connecting rod oil replacement.
2. Robot SMB board inspection and battery replacement
Check whether the fixed connection of the SMB board is normal, and replace the battery.
